Welcome to the Wednesday Men Blog!

In honor of our first-ever Summer Book Study, I thought I'd roll out an alternative to massive email traffic for our discussion.

I hope you will find this fun-- and I think it will be easy, even for those of you who are not accustomed to reading and commenting on blogs.

For now, we'll use this for summer communications and we'll launch the book study discussion traffic later this week!

Here are some hints to make it easy for you to join the discussion:

1. Sign up to follow the blog by email. You will get every post sent directly to your email.
2. To discuss, open the link to the blog, either by entering the url: wednesdaymen.blogspot.com or by clicking the link in the email you get with the post.
3. Go to the comments, enter your name (No registration is necessary! Just select "name" as the method of commenting) and type your comment. If you want to subscribe to comments, you can do that, too.
4. Practice by commenting on this post if you like!
5. Read others' comments, comment back, discuss.

That's it. If you have trouble, contact me. If we have folks who don't like this, I'll copy comments to email and do an email list for those who have trouble doing this. No one will be left off the discussion.

We have some folks who aren't in the regular Wednesday Men group who want to join us for the discussion, so that will be fun. You can invite friends by sending them the link to this blog.

Tomorrow I'll post some thoughts on getting ready for The Great Divorce. Remember to buy the book and finish reading it by July 15. We'll get the introductory materials up beginning next week.
